French Toast Casserole

Original recipe from 365 Days of Slow Cooking

8 slices bread, cut into cubes
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup of milk
1 1/2 t. Cinnamon
1/8 t. Nutmeg
1/8 t. Cloves
2 T. Sugar
Dash of salt
1/4 cup of Dried Cranberries

Spray the crock pot with cooking spray. Combine eggs, milk and spices together. Place half the bread in the bottom of the crock pot, and pour half the egg mixture over. Repeat with the remaining half of the ingredients. Add in the cranberries and mix together. Cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve warm with maple syrup.

Review: This was AMAZING!! The first time I made it according to the original and we could've taken or left it. But with the changes it was delicious, our 2 year old even ate it. I will definitely be making this again!
